Life to Eagle
The Life to Eagle is an intensive program focused on some of the most difficult Eagle
Scout rank required merit badges. Howeve, as these Eagle Scout rank required badges are
quite involved, it would not be advisable for Scouts to take more than two of these badges
at a time. Most of the badges require prior preparation or bringing materials from home.
All of these sessions require written material. Scouts need to bring a standard notebook,
pencil, and pen.

Citizenship in the Community
This is an Eagle Required Merit Badge. Scouts will learn how their local
govenment works and how they can be an active part of it. Scouts will
not be able to complete this merit badge without attending a city council
meeting in their own community and working the required amount of
volunteer hours for a charitable organization outside of scouting.
Citizenship in the Nation
This is an Eagle Required Merit
Badge. Scouts will learn about
their national government and
how it works. They will have the
opportunity to tour a local federal
installation.
Citizenship in the World
This is an Eagle Required Merit
Badge. Scouts will learn what
citizenship means, and what the
laws are in different countries
around the world.
Communications
This is an Eagle Required Merit Badge. Scouts will learn about communication
in different forms and different settings. Scouts will also
be writing and presenting speeches, teaching skills and learning how to
plan and organize a campfire. |
